Subaru Challenge 2011

I shall blog about yesterday!
the story started with...
7th uncle called a radio station which is promoting the Subaru Challenge
hence the first 2 callers of each selected timing to the radio stations
get the chance to enter into the competition
and of course 7th tried his luck by calling and GOT IN!
but thats not all :)
yesterday since the reporting time is 7am,
we reached at ard 7am and thought that we were the few earliest but
there were many there already!
the total administrative fees are $20 for medical check up and $10 for registration fee
then next we have to wait for the around 10+am
therefore we ate Mc's breakfast :)
and from the monopoly deal stickers,
we gotten a free coke and small fries!
how lucky xD
the next step for the challenge is where ALL THE PARTICIPANTS
will get a chance into the lucky draw
where one will put his hand into the box filled with balls
if the balls taken out is with no.
then HE IS IN!
but if not then the $30 spent IS GONE!
anw there are also people from country like Taiwan, Cambodia, China, Vietnam etc :)
the ball which 7th uncle gotten HAS A NO. 318!! :)
then we waited for him till 11.30pm where there will be a briefing for the contestant :D
in the meantime,
uncle jack and me went to watch In Time at shaw lido :)
my views of the movie is that it is a new concept where TIME is really EQUALS to $$
and that u need to work to gain more TIME to live longer...
the funny thing is that
we left the cinema without the GOOD QUALITY UMBRELLA!
hence i ran back to take it,
and on the way there is another lady..
she FORGOTTEN HER BAG instead haaaa
lucky us that we gotten both the belongings back :D
anw we went back to the event place and it was raining!
since we are unable to spot 7th uncle
as we do not know which car he is allocated to,
we went to the caltex booth
where every $20 and more spent in a receipt we will be able to have a lucky draw!
since we have 3 receipts spent over $20,
we have 3 chances and gotten 2 mini bears and a tissue box LOL!
soon enough,
uncle jack spotted 7th uncle!
he is situated at the car no.8 boot :P
after giving him sufficient moral support and knowing that we are unable to collect the family member pass,
we went to eat our lunner :D
at AMBUSH :P
thanks uncle jack for pei-ing me eat what i wants to try haha
the food was gd =)
but depends on what u ordered :P
overall i will rate it 7.5! worth to go :D
after eating uncle jack went to fetch 7th uncle's family :)
at 6+pm they reached :]
and Jie Rui (JR) kept on looking at the sliding door instead of his dad!
the break at 7pm for the contestants was dragged as it was car by car..
soon it was car no. 8 turn's for the 5mins break xD
and 7th uncle wife went in :)
her worrried & angry face was shown on the screen!!
i SHOULD BE MORE EFFICIENT AND SHOT IT but it was too late :(
hehe anw 7th uncle said that he can last till 7am the next day :D
then The Mings and the aunts came too!! :D
went to DIN TAI FUNG for dinner :P
JR kept crying on that day and of cos the salive been dropping too haaa
another OMG thing is that
which uncle jack was carrying JR,
he looks happy and ok but when he saw his mother,
he CRIED straight away!!
it makes it look lik uncle jack bullied him! HAAA
poor uncle jack :P
at 12+am (which is today),
small aunt SMS everyone updating that 7th uncle surrendered after 10hrs and 48mins XD
and that they are having Mc supper LOL!
though he did not last till 7am,
it was still a gd experience :)

it kept pouring then stop and continue to rain.

AHEM!!
to the kids who ENTERED MY ROOM on 28/10 (fri)
hahaha u left evidence there!!
NEXT TIME MUST LET ME JOIN TOO :D
we can hav it in the chalet hahaha =)
